We offer the opportunity for any private overseas property owner to advertise their property on our website from only £99.99.
This is a one off payment for the property advert and you will not incur any additional costs from us.
You will receive a personal service, with our content manager liaising directly with you to assist you with the advertising of your property overseas. Any future amendments to the property advert will be made on your behalf, when requested, at no additional cost. Your overseas property advert will remain live on our website for an unlimited amount of time unless you tell us otherwise.
When an enquiry is received for your property, a member of our dedicated sales team will contact you directly with the prospective clients details.

How our Private Property Adverts work
Step 1 - visit our Property Advertisers entry form and submit an advertizment. Note: these cannot include any links to other web sites.
Step 2 - we will then publish an advert based on your copy and images and invoice you £99.99 including VAT. You then have 24 hours to accept the advert and pay on-line before your advert is suspended. We may alter some copy for purposes of search engine optimisation - basically ensuring that your advert gets the attention of Google, Yahoo, Ask and MSN Live Search.
The advert will stay live until you inform us that the property has been sold.
You will receive copies of all on-line and phone enquiries for your property by email - which always include a telephone number and email address.
Getting the most from your property advertising
Overseas Property Centres allow you up to 6 images, we recommend that these should include, an external photograph, two highlighting the external space, pool, terrace etc and internally the Kitchen, lounge and master bedroom.
When providing a description put yourself in the mind of buyer and there reasons for purchase, emphasis on features that appealed to you when you bought it is often a good tactic.
The description should be informative and reasonably long, remember that buyers next step is to find out more and this is your opportunity to sell your property. Advertise at a genuine asking price, misleading statements and price information is a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
