High quality French leaseback can be the way to beat financial market volatility

When the financial markets are rocky, as at present, making investment decisions is that much tougher - everyone starts marketing their "bargains" that much harder and it can be difficult to see the wood for the trees.

The French leaseback scheme can offer a sensible alternative provided you are careful about the fundamentals - who is behind the guarantee; what is the build quality like; what does the "small print" say; etc.  A wisely selected investment made at times like these can pay handsomely in the long run and with some schemes in France there is even the opportunity to use the property yourself for holidays.  And, of course, at the end of the lease period (typically 9-11 years) it's yours to do with as you wish - move in, continue renting it or just use it for part of the year.

So forget those 'money-back', 'buy-one-get-one-free' or similar gimmicky offers and look at some robust developments built and managed by sound companies offering genuine long-term, stable and reliable returns.
