As I mentioned earlier, the development near Vera at Al Andalus as featured on GMTV does stand out in my memory, I remember being particularly impressed with the build quality and the way in which the development had been laid out. Set a couple of kilometres inland the site had uninterrupted view of the sea, as I recall this view was safe due the land between the site and sea being protected.
The local authorities place a limit on development density in this region of Spain and it shows, with plenty of open space between buildings and excellent landscaping.
The wider region will suit both the permanent resident and the holiday maker, with a nice blend of all that makes Spain popular, great beaches, a huge choice of amenities and large number of small classic Spanish towns and villages including white painted mountain town of Mojocar, which surely boast the best Tapas bar at its summit in whole of Spain.
