Top Ten Overseas Property Locations | September 2008

Florida remains top in our regular Top Ten locations for buying overseas property.  The Top Ten Overseas Property figures for September 2008 were as follows;

Property in Florida continues it's incredible popularity - it's been no. 1 overseas property destination for 5 months out of the last 6.  Germany's popularity is almost entirely due to apartments in Berlin.  Egypt is back in the property top ten again with strong interest in the good value available in Hurghada. 

Spain continues to be absent from the top ten overseas property locations.  This month we had more enquiries from Mexico than Spain!

I am expecting Hungary and Turkey to make moves on the overseas property top ten soon as they both had a good showing in September (Hungary was up 2 places to 14 and Turkey is showing signs of becoming popular again).  And I have a sneaky feeling that Malta could start to show in the top 20 at least.
