Well, there are a number of ways of tracking keyword popularity and here at OPC we use at least three of them! We have analysed the top 1000 real estate related search keywords (sales, not rental) and added together all regional terms to find the most popular countries on the web (e.g. the terms "property spain", "properties for sale costa blanca" and "real estate jalon" all get added to Spain's score).
