The resort of Caleta de Fuste is approximately 12 kms from the Airport. The resort is man made, with a very large horse shoe shaped beach that is protected from tidal currents.

Just a 25 minute drive way you will find Correljo. Correrlajo offers a variety of entertainment and nightlife from waterparks to theme parks. Correrlajo has a wide variety of  English, Scottish, Irish and Welsh Bars and nightclubs.

Caleta de Fuste has some fantastic restaurants and some night life, but it is controlled and safe. The location means that you can visit the entire island easily as we are in the middle.

There is a new hospital being built at Puerto Rosario that is only 15 mins away with a bus service directly. Puerto Rosario has also had some serious investment from Central Government. There is now a large shopping mall and at the end of this summer a Ferry service will run from Puerto Rosario to Taraya, it will take between 2.5 and 4 hours depending on service provider.

The purchase procedure:

Reservation Deposit: €12,000 this is a refundable deposit up until Private Purchase Contract.

Private Purchase Contract is signed 30 Days after with a total of 20% deposit payable, this will include the €12,000 reservation.

After signing private purchase contracts the client is then legally bound to complete.

Completion times are appox 15-24 months.
