Oil Field Royalty Investments
As Oil fields run down it becomes uneconomic for large corporate Oil production Companies to continue to extract Oil. The company behind this investment acquires the mineral rights to the field from the large producer or land owner and uses your capital to provide the equipment needed to extract the Oil, which because they operate at much lower cost levels it is profitable from $20 per barrel. Based on conservative forecasts this investment should provide a good income averaged over 8 - 10 years or remaining production life.
