Guaranteed yield investments

Properties or Investments with guaranteed yield all include an agreed minimum yield on the investment before tax. This period is normally for a year or two. It is expressed in terms of the percentage based on the original purchase or valuation price. For example a two year guaranteed yield of 5% for a 100,000 Euro property means that the supplier will pay you 5000 Euros for each of the first and second years – normally following completion.
