Estate Tax: St. Lucia does not impose estate tax.

Stamp Duty: The rate of stamp duty charged in St Lucia is normally 2%.

Transfer Tax at Death and on Gifts: St. Lucia does not impose transfer tax on death or on gifts, except for real property situated in St.Lucian, in which case a stamp duty of 2% will apply.Vendor’s tax: When selling property in St Lucia, vendors tax is paid at a flat rate of 10% for non-citizens.
