Air conditioning in Dubai

Let's face it - Dubai is hot.  It's in the middle of a desert.

In the summer months it can be excruciatingly hot so almost all new build properties - apartments, houses, hotels, etc - come with air conditioning as standard.

Not that you should take it for granted if purchasing a property in Dubai - it's always wise to check the documentation to make sure.
