Newspapers in Cape Verde

Most major foreign newspapers are available in large towns or touristy areas, but are hard to come by in more rural areas. If you desire it may be wise to contact the newspaper of your choice and enquire about a mailing subscription from them.

Newspapers are in Portuguese and there are no daily newspapers. The weekly newspapers with the highest circulation figures are Horizonte and the independent A Semana.
