Newspapers in Spain As this area is now so cosmopolitan, all nationalities enjoy the facility of being able to buy their favourite daily newspapers, and some are even printed in Spain. There are also locally printed weekly papers and magazines, with news and views of this area, printed in English, German, Swedish, etc. The English market is well supported with several weekly papers, and several free television guides, which carry local items of interest to the expatriate community and which are obtainable from the counters of certain bars and restaurants.

Local newspapers published in English include the Costa Blanca News, Majorca Daily Bulletin and the English-language edition of Sur (weekly).
