Employment and working in St Lucia

All persons who wish to work in St Lucia and are not a citizen require a work permit. This can be obtained from:

The employer will be responsible for obtaining the work permit, the application form is completed by both the employer and then employee. The cost of a work permit can be between EC$300 (£57.00) – EC$5000 (£950.00).
