All cars driven in Dubai are required by law to have insurance. The price of insurance is worked out on the same principle as in the UK, based upon the engine capacity and make and model. If you are importing your car to Dubai then you must ensure that you take all relevant documentation with you including your vehicle registration form (V5C).
