Dubai attracts visitors seeking something new and different, with international facilities combined with the adventure of the Middle East. Dubai city is geared towards tourism, rules are quite relaxed and it is probably the best and most clean city to visit in the Middle East. Dubai Climate
During the Dubai winter there are around 8 hours of sunshine per day with temperatures ranging between 20c – 28c. In the summer there are 11 hours of sun a day with temperatures between 32c – 42c. Dubai has very little rainfall only 8cm per year. Any rainfall tends to only fall in the winter months, between November and April. Air-conditioning tends to be everywhere.
