How the Fees are applied
The Fee is collected at the point you decide either to proceed to view, proceed to make an offer or proceed to purchase, the fee is kept in escrow with Overseas Property Centres client account, it becomes payable to Overseas Property Centres on successful completion of your purchase.
The Fees is a confirmation of your interest, its purpose is to signal to the seller that you are serious; it is fully refundable if you do not purchase.
The Fee may also refer to your intent to purchase a property from a choice available in this case the Fee is fully transferable.
