Privacy and Contact Policy

We see our role as more than just listing properties for sale around the world.  

We do help our customers find the right property - but we also help with the thousand and one things that come up during the complex process of buying overseas.  For example, finding local legal advisors, helping you get a good mortgage advisor, suggestions on currency buying and, above all, making sure that the ultimate sellers of the property are to be trusted!  So we get to know quite a lot about our customers over time!

At the same time we know that our customers want their privacy - via email as much as on the phone.

For these reasons, our Managing Director Chris Richards has developed the simple 5-point Privacy and Contact Policy laid out below.

  1. Once you submit an enquiry, our UK-based staff will try to contact you no more than three times at different times of day.  After that we will leave you in peace!
  2. We prefer telephone contact because it is so much more personal, efficient and open than email.  But if you want us not to phone you, then just say so and we won't.  
  3. If you want us to never to contact you again by any means, just send an enquiry stating this via the enquiry form - or phone me, Chris Richards on 0845 257 3737 and I will make certain that this happens - no questions asked!
  4. We will never pass your details on to a third party without your permission.
  5. All email newsletters we send out will contain a permanant un-subscribe link that will stop all further email newsletter communications.
